Founder of Healing Forward
Ericka Stanfield is a faith-filled mentor, grief support guide, and powerful voice for women walking through life's darkest valleys. Through her ministry Healing Forward, Ericka leads women out of pain, fear, trauma, and emotional heaviness into spiritual clarity, resilience, and supernatural healing.
Ericka's journey includes profound loss, deep emotional pain, and seasons of depression, including the heartbreaking passing of her 12-year-old son, Sean. What the enemy meant for destruction, God used to strengthen her compassion, sharpen her discernment, and deepen her calling to help others rise out of the pit.
In the midst of unbearable grief and emotional darkness, God met Ericka, restored her, and healed her heart in ways only He could. What once felt like the end of her life became the beginning of her purpose.
Today, Ericka serves as a grief support mentor, teacher, faith-based life coach, and motivational speaker, walking with women who feel stuck, broken, overwhelmed, or hopeless.

Like Lazarus, she rose again.
Because of everything God healed her from, Ericka now carries a unique anointing to see women where they are, reach them where they are, and walk them out of the pit step-by-step through faith, wisdom, prayer, and biblical truth.
